Sometime during the fun, they ask each other how their jobs are going. When one mentions the difficulty with the supervisor, superficial empathy and involvement take the form of statements like, “That’s tough.”

When they ask each other about their jobs, there is sincere concern and discussion of each person’s situation. The person with the supervision problem will receive empathy and some good advice.

 Examine One Another's Faith
 Counsel One Another
 Warn and Admonish One Another
 Battle Temptation Together
 Stand Up to the Devil Together at One Another’s Side
